Minos is the driving force behind the inception of Techtio, a startup born from the success of IT-flow, an IT company. With a solid background in IT consulting, Minos has set the stage for Techtio’s launch. While IT-flow celebrates a decade of achievement, Techtio emerges as a new player, ready to extend the legacy of success by providing businesses with websites, software, marketing and branding tailored to various industries. 

Expanding beyond the accomplishments of IT-flow, Minos has ventured into related sectors, introducing enterprises like Olinio, a responsive recruitment service, and the upcoming CyberFlow, positioned to deliver robust cybersecurity solutions. Techtio, in conjunction with these enterprises, is already emulating the success trajectory established by IT-flow.

Mikel Alberdi

Webmaster

Mikel is the Webmaster at IT Flow, the sister company of Olinio. In this role, he is responsible for the management of Olinio’s website. Originating from Spain, Mikel arrived in Cyprus with nothing but a “bag full of dreams”, accompanied by an impressive skill set. With more than eight years of experience in the field of IT and web development, he has amassed an extensive portfolio over the years. 

  

Before assuming his current position, Mikel played a pivotal role in the development of IT systems and websites for a range of industries including ecommerce, marketing, and health services, primarily in the cities of Bilbao and Barcelona.

Kylie Abel

Content Creator

Kylie holds the role of Content Creator at Olinio, dedicated to producing invaluable content to guide job seekers towards their perfect career. She collaborates closely with Olinio’s marketing team, crafting social media campaigns and insightful blog posts to strategically promote Olinio’s services to those who need them.  

She is also a team member of Olinio’s sister company, IT Flow, where clients can benefit from her skills in crafting websites, business plans, and more.  

Originally hailing from Wales, UK, Kylie has accumulated over five years of copywriting and editing experience within the nonprofit sector. Her writing journey is further complemented by her current pursuit of a BSc in Psychology, Politics, and International Relations.

Alexia Patsalos

Visual Content Strategyst

Alexia, a passionate Graphic Designer, hails from South Africa with a rich background in the arts industry, spanning dance, drama, music, photography, and design. Graduating cum laude from Nelson Mandela University, she honed her skills in graphic design and amassed invaluable experience by freelancing while pursuing her studies.

Her journey in the design world began at a young age, allowing her to build a diverse portfolio across various design spheres.With two years of professional experience in South Africa under her belt, Alexia has embarked on a new chapter in Limassol, Cyprus where she serves as a Graphic Designer and Visual Content Strategist at Techtio.

Alexia’s innate ability to foresee and embrace design trends seamlessly integrates with her proficiency in social media.

Her knack for crafting captivating social media designs and her strategic approach to content creation make her an invaluable asset to Techtio.

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity, Alexia consistently delivers impactful visual solutions tailored to meet her clients’ needs and surpass expectations.

Anita Lavrenteva

Web Graphic Designer

With eight years of design experience, Anita brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to Techtio. Holding a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, she has expanded her expertise through numerous design courses, including quality assurance, HTML and CSS, and 3D modelling.


Anita has honed her skills in large Forex and Fintech companies, making her proficient in a wide range of design programs, including the entire Adobe suite, Figma, Sketch, Blender, and 3D Max. She is dedicated to staying current with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in the design world, constantly enhancing her skill set.


Known for her meticulous attention to detail, Anita combines her love for design with a passion for sports such as acrobatics, CrossFit, calisthenics, volleyball, yoga, and wake surfing. Her hardworking, sociable, and cheerful nature makes her a valued team member at Techtio.

Valeria is the lead Graphic Designer at Olinio, as well as our sister company, IT-Flow. She spearheads the creation of logos, web designs and branding developments for our clients, carefully tailoring them to meet their needs and personal preferences. Her meticulously crafted designs set us and our clients apart in a competitive landscape. 

Originally from Belarus, Valeria brings with her three years of experience in the field.
